Greetings from the 2019 Moab Pride Gay-La Organizing Committee,

I’m Marcy Till, the vendor coordinator for this annual event, to be held on Saturday, September 28th at Swanny City Park in Moab, Utah, from Noon-5:30pm.  There will be entertainment, food, drink, and opportunities for fun, engagement, education, inspiration, and camaraderie with friends and family. Moab Pride continues to be a strong presence in the Moab community offering programs, support, and services for LGBTQ youth and adults.

We would like to strongly encourage ALL vendors to have some sort of ACTIVITY for YOUTH at their booths.  Remember this is a family friendly event, so your engagement of young people should be appropriate for kids of all ages.  Hands-on, brain-engaging, enlightening, inspirational, and creative activities are encouraged.

A booth may not be bigger than 10’x10’.  The only exceptions to this rule are the Food Trucks that will be parked on the street.

Fees for a 10’ x 10’ space are as follows:

Retail and commercial vendors $50

Non-Profit Organizations $25

Food Vendors $75

Please submit the application form electronically. Your payment must be mailed.  When I receive your check you will be guaranteed your spot. Please make checks out to:  Moab Pride, and mail or deliver to Moab Pride, Attention: Vendor Coordinator, 375 S. Main, Ste. 236, Moab, UT, 84532.

Applications and booth rental fees are due by September 6, 2019.

If your organization provided sponsorship or services in exchange for a booth space in previous years please contact me directly to discuss this possibility for 2019.  Please do not assume the same arrangement automatically rolls over into this year’s festival. Email Marcy Till at to discuss.

We are looking forward to a fabulous festival that honors diversity in our community, and will ultimately support and empower our LGBTQ youth.  I will wait to hear from you.
